Constantly pray. 1 Thessalonians 5:17

For this reason I tell you, whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Mark 11:24

To get nations back on their feet, we must first get down on our knees.

Praise the Lord ! Praise God in his sanctuary! Praise him in the sky, which testifies to his strength! Praise him for his mighty acts! Praise him for his surpassing greatness! Praise him with the blast of the horn! Praise him with the lyre and the harp! Praise him with the tambourine and with dancing! Praise him with stringed instruments and the flute! Praise him with loud cymbals! Praise him with clanging cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord ! Praise the Lord !

Connecting Kids to God

To lead children into a growing relationship with Christ “ by creating environments in which children are encouraged to pursue friendship with God, make friends with good people, understand their God-given gifts and begin to use them, and positively affect their friends who do not know Jesus.

Jr High students (Grades 6-8) gather for the ROC meeting. The vision for this ministry draws from Ecclesiastes 12:1, to Remember Our Creator in the days of our youth. After the worship set, students hang out in the ROC room, for Bible study and discussion. This is perhaps the noisiest ministry in the church, and each session is full of fun, energy and joy. Some of our favourite outings include the BEDLAM retreat, laser tag, and dodgeball.

High School students (Grades 9-12). The name of this ministry speaks of our identity: Brothers and Sisters in Christ. On a given Friday, students can expect lively worship, Bible teaching, and a chance to connect with friends. Throughout the year, we gather for retreats and other special events.

Who We Are

The Story of Our Family...

Our church was founded in 1982 as a bible study group in Mississauga that meets on a weekly basis at one of the group’s members house. In 1991, Our church was running under the umbrella of CPPC (Chapel Place Presbyterian Church in Markham,Ontario ) and was known as “The Mississauga Meeting”. In 2002, the church moved to its current location at “Erindale Presbyterian Church in Mississauga” located on Mississauga Road and Dundas. From June 2005 until May 22, 2011, our church was running as an independent non-denominational church and was known as “The Christian Arabic Fellowship of Mississauga (CAFM)” On May 22,2011 Our church joined The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada ( C&MA ) under and currently known as “ GRACE FAMILY CHURCH “

Why Grace

• Only by God’s Grace we are who we are.We see God’s grace over the years on the personal and corporate levels “But by the Grace of God I am what I am” 1 Corinthians 15 :10
• Grace is the core of salvation. As our vision is "to see every person become a devoted mature follower of Jesus Christ" and our mission is "to know Jesus Christ and make him known" : GRACE is the key to both.

Why Family

• It reflects the family spirit that God has blessed us with that made us unique. All through the years FAMILY spirit is what made us who we are .
• It tells everyone that they are welcome to our family.: One love, one family.
• It highlights relationships ( relationship with God and relationship with one another )

Our Vision

“Our vision is to see every person become a devoted mature follower of Jesus Christ”

Our Mission

"to know Jesus Christ and make him known to the community of Mississauga and beyond"

Our Values

1.Unity, Love & Care for one another
3.Giving generously
4.Bible teachings, Authentic worship & Spiritual Maturity
5.Youth and children ministry

1 - God - There is one God,1 who is infinitely perfect,2 existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.3
2 - Jesus - Jesus Christ is true God and true man.4 He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.5 He died upon the cross, the Just for the unjust, as a substitutionary sacrifice, and all who believe in Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood. He arose from the dead according to the Scriptures.6He is now at the right hand of the Majesty on high as our great High Priest.7 He will come again to establish His kingdom of righteousness and peace.8
3 - Holy Spirit - The Holy Spirit is a divine Person, sent to indwell,9 guide, teach and empower the believer, and to convince the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment.10
4 - Bible - The Old and New Testaments, inerrant as originally given, were verbally inspired by God and are a complete revelation of His will for the salvation of people. They constitute the divine and only rule of Christian faith and practice.11
5 - Sin - Humankind, originally created in the image and likeness of God,12 fell through disobedience, incurring thereby both physical and spiritual death. All people are born with a sinful nature, are separated from the life of God, and can be saved only through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ.13 The destiny of the impenitent and unbelieving is existence forever in conscious torment, but that of the believer is everlasting joy and bliss.14
6 - Freedom from Sin - Salvation has been provided only through Jesus Christ. Those who repent and believe in Him are united with Christ through the Holy Spirit and are thereby regenerated (born again), justified, sanctified and granted the gift of eternal life as adopted children of God.15
7 - Christian Living - It is the will of God that in union with Christ each believer should be sanctified thoroughly16 thereby being separated from sin and the world and fully dedicated to God, receiving power for holy living and sacrificial and effective service toward the completion of Christ's commission.17 This is accomplished through being filled with the Holy Spirit which is both a distinct event and progressive experience in the life of the believer.18
8 - Healing - Provision is made in the redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ for the healing of the mortal body. Prayer for the sick and anointing with oil as taught in the Scriptures are privileges for the Church in this present age.19
9 - Church - The universal Church, of which Christ is the Head, consists of all those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, are redeemed through His blood, regenerated by the Holy Spirit, and commissioned by Christ to go into all the world as a witness, preaching the Gospel to all nations.20 The local church, the visible expression of the universal Church, is a body of believers in Christ who are joined together to worship God, to observe the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord's Supper, to pray, to be edified through the Word of God, to fellowship, and to testify in word and deed to the good news of salvation both locally and globally. The local church enters into relationships with other like-minded churches for accountability, encouragement and mission.21
10 - Life after death - There shall be a bodily resurrection of the just and of the unjust; for the former, a resurrection unto life;22 for the latter, a resurrection unto judgment.23
11 - Second Coming of Christ - The second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is imminent and will be personal and visible.24 As the believer’s blessed hope, this vital truth is an incentive for holy living and sacrificial service toward the completion of Christ's commission.25

All the different aspects of the four-fold gospel are represented in the official logo of The Christian and Missionary Alliance. Each element of the logo visualizes one of the four tenets of faith.

Our Saviour

The cross stands for salvation through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. “...God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” ~ John 3:16

Our Sanctifier

The laver (wash basin) is representative of sanctification, that daily cleansing from sin by the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit. “May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.” ~ I Thessalonians 5:23, 24

Our Healer

The pitcher speaks of oil for divine life and physical healing that come through obedience to God’s Word. “Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted...and by his wounds, we are healed.” ~ Isaiah 53: 4-5

Our Coming King

The crown symbolizes the return of our Lord Jesus Christ as King of kings and Lord of lords. “This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.” ~ Acts 1:11b
